My dogs are my best friends but I am also not a push over! Dogs mostly respond to tone and guidance. Yelling is never the goal especially since it’s more scary than anything! Patience is key, as well as encouragement! I tried to spend as much time with my dogs as possible! Walking depends on age, some pups love slow walks, some just want to run! I keep a very close eye on animals as ANYTHING can happen and better to be safe than sorrry! I like to ensure when dogs do walk if on sidewalk I walk closest to the street as much as I can and we do not cross without looking both ways and waiting patiently! I believe trust is HUGE. I also try to keep an eye on what the dog eats and gets into! Some dogs have a strict diet so I try to keep a clean and safe environment to maximize animal health and happiness!
