Pet care experience
I am a huge dog lover who one day aspires to own a doggie kennel of my own. As of right now, my husband and I have a home with a large, concrete fenced back yard. I have two playful medium sized mutts who would love to play host to your dog. We can go to the dog park nearby, play fetch at the park right behind my home, or just sit and relax. I have a background working with dogs both at a doggie day care and as a groomer. With this in mind, I am great at reading their behavior and able to make a comfortable environment. I am excited to meet many new doggie friends and have new experiences!Please bring any toys and beds that your pet likes so that we can have a fun and relaxing vacation while you are away. About this sitter: I am excited to give my doggie friends a true stay-cation. If you need someone to come over to your home I am more than willing to stay with your doggie, and maybe feed any other animals that you may have. This way, your Fido can be happy in their own home and will be less nervous about their parents leaving them. I will take great care of them and give them nothing to worry about. We can play with all of their toys, go to dog parks, or just go on a walk around the neighborhood. Whatever Fido is used to we will do. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover my whole life. It is hard for me to resist looking at puppies at the pound. So in efforts to help out dogs by other means I have decided to doggie sit. This way I get to meet many new doggie friends but don't have a house full of my own. Meet my pets We do have 2 dogs currently living in our home. All of our animals are docile unless you rial them up with treats or toys. About my yard I do have a large fenced backyard, perfect for playing safely. Other than that I live right off of a park and enjoy taking my dog there to get a little more space to play. My experience administering medication I am used to giving dogs pills by the mouth. When I was younger, my family had a larger dog who was very stubborn so we had to be tactful and hide his medication in a variety of treats.

Courtney did a great job taking care of my 2 dogs. We got plenty of pictures and our hyper dog was worn out from all the playing with Courtney's dog. We will definitely us her again.

Courtney is an animal lover. She always has been. She has a patient, kind approach to animals that make them comfortable around her and sense that she is on their side. Courtney has helped raised several dogs in our family as well as few cats. She took great interest in our pets from an early age and learned to take on the responsibilities of their care so well that we allowed her to adopt a kitten when she was 10. That cat is the funniest little guy with the biggest personality and I attribute that all to the loving care of his "mama". She is now also the proud "mama" to a well behaved and loving chocolate lab. I believe that Courtney would make a perfect pet sitter because she will give your pet the same loving attention that she gives her own pets. She also understands the responsibilities of having a pet and will do everything necessary to make your pet happy, safe and healthy while you are away from your furry baby.

Here's where we'll take our walks We will either walk into my little neighborhood or walk around the community center behind my home. Your dog's sleeping arrangement My dog likes to sleep in my room and if its okay with your animal they will do the same. This way, I am available to them if they need to ask to go outside or anything of the sort. Time I'll spend with your dog I am a college student and will be in and out of class but after that I like to come home and hang out with the pets and do a little homework.
