Pet care experience
I have a diabetic cat myself who gets injections 2x a day, and used to have a senior dog as well who went through a knee surgery and chemo treatments in his elder years. I know how scary it can be to trust someone to look after your special needs pets, so I hope to alleviate that stress in others! I've worked professionally with pets with IBS/IBD, chronic pancreatitis, diabetes, pica, corophagia, anxiety, UTIs, allergies, blindness, deafness, various injuries & surgical recoveries, all kinds of special diets, and more over the last 7+ years. :)

Cordelia was amazing with my puppy who was recovering from pancreatitis. She followed all the instructions I had left for her and my dog seemed very at ease and happy when I came home. It is clear she loves animals and has a special place in her heart for those who are dealing with medical issues.
Cordelia is a wonderful pet sitter who took excellent care of our furry trooper, Hudson! Right off the bat when we first met her we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our dog! When we came home after our weekend away our little pup was relaxed and happy!
Cordelia took excellent care of our two cats while we were away. I enjoyed getting the daily updates and photos. When we returned home we were met with two calm and happy cats. Take the stress out of travel for you, and your cats, and hire Cordelia.

I can meet all your pet's needs in the comfort of their own home including: feeding, medicine administration, walks, play-time, brushing, litter scooping, diaper changes, bladder expression, and more. If you're not sure, just ask! :) I keep my clients' homes very tidy and have no problem cleaning up pet messes of all kinds, including potty accidents, hairballs, etc. (I'll spare you the icky details, but I've seen it all haha.) I'm also happy to do tasks such as mail collection and watering plants. If you have questions about your unique situation, reach out! Note: I am based in NJ. Requests in NYC will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and will require an additional fee for travel.

I only have to plan on being home very briefly at 9:30am & 9:30pm to give my cat her insulin shots, just in case my partner is unavailable to do it, but otherwise I'm completely free!
