I know what it is like to be busy, and how important dogs are to your family. I love updating owners with pictures of their dogs and seeing how happy it makes them. I have a range of availability that is flexible to be able to fit your busy life and work schedule. As a social worker, I know the importance of privacy, professionalism and confidentiality and I will incorporate those values into our relationship. My home is located in Jackson Ward, RVA and is home to two kitties. Both of the cats do well with young puppies and older dogs but are a little bit scared of energetic dogs who jump. Our house is regularly treated for any pests and fleas that may come into the home (every 15 days).

Colleen is a true animal lover and it shows in her interactions with all 5 of our dogs and our cat. Our dogs vary greatly in size, age, personality and energy level and can be a bit much for some people. :) Not Colleen though. She seems to truly enjoy each pet's uniqueness which is one of the things that makes her special. She was so great walking our dogs. One of them is a senior who needs a little more time and patience and another doesn't walk very well on a leash without a lot of guidance and she handled them like a champ. I would trust her 100% to stay at my home with them if I needed to travel instead of dropping them off at a boarding kennel. I know they'd be well cared for and so much happier.
Colleen took great care of my dog when I went on vacation, she is very caring and diligent worker. My little guy loves playing with her!!!
Colleen did a great job taking care of my dogs! She was always on time and made sure my dogs weren't just taken care of, but also were happy! She can care for dogs of any breed, size, and age! I know I can count on her to make sure all my puppies are in good hands!
Colleen has been walking my dog for the past 8 months. Before I found Colleen, my jack russell terrier named Champ had a hard time listening to people other than myself and my husband. He had a lot of energy and a tenancy to nip anyone who came to the house. I don't know how she did it, but I feel like I have a completely new dog! He seems happier, listens better and sleeps through the night FINALLY. I trust her completely with my dog. Colleen takes the time to let me know how the walk went, picks Champ up and returns him on time, lets me know if it's time for a new leash, etc., and consistently goes above and beyond for my dog. It has relieved so much stress knowing that my dog is happy and healthy when I'm at work instead of being stuck in the house all day. I would definitely recommend Colleen to any dog owner, she's the best!
