Busy life? I'll help with your dog!

Pet care experience

My name is Codi and I am looking to spend some time with your dogs! After recently losing my dog to cancer I realized that I would give anything in the world to spend even one extra minute with my dog and I swore to myself that when it was time to welcome a new dog into my family things would be different. I am happy to say that my life currently is allowing me to be home for most of the day and I am able to spend and dedicate so much more time to my new dog and it has made me so happy. I am offering these services because I know that life gets busy and sometimes we can't do all the things we want with our animals or spend the time we want with them - I was in the same boat and I understand. That is why I want to give some of my time to you and your dog and you can be assured they will be with someone who will care and love them like they were my own.

Information Codi M. would like to know about your pet

Is your dog prone to running off if they see another dog/person/small critter? If so my yard is not the best for them. I am lucky that my own dog has learned rather quickly that running towards the road is a big no and he has been very good about staying in our yard each time we go outside. I would supervise your dog outside of course each potty break and playtime like I do my own dog but if you do not have complete confidence in your dog when out in an unfenced yard then I would rather not take the chance. I am willing to take dogs out on a leash each potty break though! I also have a young dog who is very socialized but very energetic. If your dog does not have the patience for a young puppy my home is probably not the best.

A typical day

Dogs in my care can expect lots of outside time and I live close to a few dog parks and trails where we can go on adventure, or we can take a nice long walk around my neighborhood. I have a good sized yard (unfenced) so if you dog is good with staying in a unfenced yard we could play fetch or tug or whatever! If your dog has a schedule than I can work with that. If not then its not a problem I can conform to whatever you and them want.
