Growing up I had a beautiful Labrador retriever who lived until he was 16 years old. Devastated by the loss, he instilled in me a love for all animals alike. My dad has repeatedly refused to get a dog or pet after my yellow lab, so the next best choice to meet and pet all the dogs I want was Rover! In addition to having my own pup, I was a former volunteer for two years at the Bergen County Protect and Rescue animal shelter. I love exercising and being outdoors, but if your pup likes to relax inside that’s fine, too. I have dog-sat for my friends’ pups (a Maltese, shiba inu, and a German shepherd), and am more than excited to take care of other dogs! I will be your dog’s new best friend. I like to go on long walks, will be very affectionate with your pup, and I’m available almost all of the time!
