Pet care experience
I have had dogs my whole life and often find that I enjoy their company as much (if not more) than people! We have nine year-old and two year-old terrier mixes who are extremely friendly and love to play with other dogs. Although I am not new to Rover, I had been on hiatus for a few years due to work demands. I am currently working remote full-time, so you can know that your pet will have someone home with them. We are a pretty dog friendly home - whatever your preferences are, we can accommodate! Whether your pup is a crate sleeper or a bed sleeper, a fetcher or a snuggler, we will make it happen. I am also comfortable administering any medications as needed. Lastly, I know how much I miss my furry child while I am away, so I would also be happy to send daily photo texts of your pup, or set up a doggie skype if requested.

This was Duke's first stay away from home and unfortunately he was a bit too nervous to sleep for the first two nights. Christine was very patient with him, even taking him out in the middle of the night to see if would calm down. Christine and Josh were great with Duke and I would highly recommend them.
Christine was on the spot from the moment I requested a stay at her beautiful condo for my ten year old Golden Zee. In the midst of the stay I threw her a curveball and she easily and graciously handled it by simply stating OK - no problem. Zee was loved on and happy - as I was when I picked her up! Thanks Christine! You rock!

We have a very dog friendly neighborhood and go for frequent walks. We also live on a small greenspace with room to play. Inside with have 3 floors with lots of dog beds and toys scared throughout.

We can only sit for pups who 1) are house broken 2) will tolerate other dogs, and 3) have competed a successful overnight stay (outside your home) at least once before and who do not have major issues with separation anxiety (excessive barking, whining, etc) or destructive behavior (eating furniture, etc). We've had a few very stressful, sleepless nights in the past - for both the pups, and us! As for breed, we do not have any breed preferences.
A typical day
We often take walks around the neighborhood. We also like to visit the dog park around the corner if weather permits it. We have a Barkbox subscription, so we have more dog toys in our house than we know what to do with! Besides playing fetch or tug with us, your pup will also have our dogs, Polo and Django, to play with or snuggle up with when they get worn out.
