Pet care experience
Our family has extensive experience with caring for pets! My husband and I both grew up with cats and dogs as pets. We currently have a hobby farm with a menagerie of animals, but dogs are our specialty and passion. We have bred a variety of dog breeds over the past 5 years. We are well trained in the care of unspayed females, pregnant mommas, and young pups.

Conveniently located between Yosemite National Park and Fresno, we have an 11+ acre hobby with plenty of fenced areas for your pet to play and explore. We are a family of 9 with 7 kids ranging in age from 4yrs to 14yrs. Our kids love animals and are actively involved in caring for our animals. We have no shortage of people and critters on hand to keep your pet well entertained.

We are sticklers on visiting dogs being current on their vaccinations! All visiting pets must be kid, cat, and other dog friendly. Please let us know if your pet has a history of scaling fences, digging, or showing aggression towards farm animals so we can be sure to be extra vigilant. We live on a farm so don't be surprised if your fur baby returns to you a bit dirty, tired, and very content! ?
A typical day
Life is never dull at Hobbit Hollow Acres! We are a busy household. Morning potty time and breakfast starts around 8am. The dogs have access to the house, a fenced run, as well as our backyard with a pool throughout the day. We work from home as well as homeschool, so there is almost always a member of our family around. On the occasion that we all need to leave the house, all dogs are secured inside either in a kennel or a room (if they can be trusted). Dinner time for the pups is 5pm, and the last potty break of the night is between 9-9:30pm. All of the dogs either sleep in a crate or in one of the bedrooms with a member of our family.

I am a full-time homeschooling mom with a part-time job outside of the home. My husband works from home as well, so our family will be readily available to give your beloved pet all of the attention and care they need!
