We met when I first opened my bakery as she would frequent the shop often. I was in need of some help and she had spare time between attending her masters program so Chelsea volunteered to work. Over this period of two years, Chelsea helped me manage my time, develop excellent customer service within my business, as well as created strategies for our future employees to be able to thrive in a fast paced environment. When Chelsea had to stop working at the bakery due to her internship at the hospital, she still made herself available if I needed an extra hand. Chelsea maintains excellent rapport with my current team members and has become a very dear friend. Not only have I observed chelsea as an awesome employee at my bakery, I have also witnessed her puppy mom and puppy aunt skills. Chelsea always made herself available to take care of her brothers dog due to his busy work schedule. She grew to love Cooper so much that she could not stand the thought of not having a furry friend of her own. She is now the proud mama of a little baby girl Laila and I know she shows that dog more love than anything! (Even dessert ;b) Chelsea is kind, caring, empathetic, easy to talk to and can handle any situation that comes her way. Chelsea is one of the most dedicated, detail oriented, passionate, and hard working individuals I know. Throw a dog/pet into her area, and those adjectives only increase exponentially. From taking care of our family pets growing up, helping me almost daily when I bought my first dog, and now finally her own, she provides the utmost attention and care to pets regardless of who they belong to. Chelsea will always be responsible, timely, and attentive to each individual pet/owner's needs, to provide you ease of mind while you are unable to be with your pet.
