High Park Walks and Cuddles!
Pet care experience
My husband and I currently foster dogs through Bullies in Need. We've fostered two dogs who have been successfully adopted. Prior to fostering we owned a dog for 10 years (unfortunately Otis passed away from cancer). I have experience with challenging dogs who have required lots of patience and training coming out of the shelter system. I'm not a dog trainer but I do have a passion for dogs and educate myself as much as possible on training techniques.
Reviews
Chelsea is extremely loving and enjoys being around dogs. She has a well trained dog of her own and has taken care of mine many times. My dog has always come back happy and well taken care of. She is dedicated and careful and makes sure to follow all directions needed for taking care of your Pet. I always feel comfortable leaving my dog with her knowing it will be safe and enjoy its stay.
Chelsea is a great pal to dogs! She has her own dog, Otis, and he is absolutely amazing. He is well behaved and is a great example of how great she is with pets. Chelsea is also extremely responsible as a person aswell as a pet owner/care giver and I would trust her with my pet anytime.
Chelsea is such an ideal dog Mom! Her dog, Otis, is the model of the perfect pooch! Calm, well trained, loving, and perfectly cared for! I wouldn't have a second though leaving one of my furry pals with Chelsea,

Skills
Safety, trust & environment
We live in the upstairs unit which is accessed through a mud room door and then our front door. There are lots of stairs, including two flights outside and one flight inside so it is important your dog does not have issues with stairs. We have a 3 bedroom house, lots of places to lounge and relax. I am very used to having a dog, so they would never be left unattended outside or in a situation that was not safe for them. My dog was a beagle/shar pei so i have grown a second set of eyes over the years.

Information Chelsea C. would like to know about your pet
It is super important that i am aware if your dog has aggression towards people and/or other dogs, allergies or behavioural issues. It would be preferred that your dog is not extremely vocal since we live above the tenants below and would like to keep a respectful noise level for them. Please no pee pads! Your dog must be potty trained.
A typical day
I live 2 minutes from High Park and 2 minutes from Sunnyside so there are plenty of green spaces for long walks. Depending if your dog is well socialized or not, there are plenty of areas to meet new friends or walk in quiet secluded areas. I don't believe in dog parks, so your dog would not be going to off-leash parks with me. If your pup was with me for a longer period of time, I also love driving up to Caledon to hike the trails where I grew up.
