Was 2nd time I booked her. First time was 5 star. Second time I think she just had too much on her plate. Okay, but late which led to 2 feedings an hour apart

I will never use her again! Here are the facts I paid for 6 walks for Ivy and Ehko 1 hour each 2 times a day for three days. She was only with my dogs between 1/2 hour and 44 minutes per walk. The dogs were shorted a total of 140 minutes. I know this only because I have a Schlage Wi-Fi lock that alerts me when she would code in and leave. The difference between the Schlage lock time and the Rover card was 92 minutes. Even the Rover card alone was 48 minutes short of what I paid for. I gave her a personal code that no one else had. Ivy and Ehko are blue heelers who are very active. They walk/play 4 to 5 times a day when we are home. I did tell her they are off leashed trained so play with them in the back yard as well as walk after she said they had no interest in walking. No interest in walking would be a first for both of them. They walk on leashes in RV parks when they travel with us. When questioned about a refund and why the difference between the Rover card and the Schlage lock report her response was "Yea I generally would start the walk when I would drive over to your house so that’s why they would start like 10 minutes earlier than the actual time I got into the house. I would enter the house let the dogs out to potty, feed, and then take them back out for another walk. The first morning they did not want to walk and we went back inside just chilled for a while and I left early because they did not want to play or walk as they were still getting used to me etc. The 2nd time I came back we played in the backyard and still they were getting used to me + it was wet outside from the rain." In her bio it says nothing about paying for travel time and the traveling time was not consistent. Also if she keeps leaving the dogs before the hour is up how are they expected to get used to her. Again no rain or wet comments when I hired her. I have used Rover since 2015 and never left a bad review for a sitter/walker. If you hire her I would make sure of what you are paying for. If I had only hired her for a 30 minute walk my dogs would only be out for 10 minutes. So far Rover has not been much help to refund me for the 2 hours and 20 minutes either as she is an independent contractor and it is up to her.
