With Rover, you are offered peace of mind knowing your pet is not locked in a crate all day at a kennel facility, as well as the convenience of them staying in their own home. I also send owner's updates and photos every day throughout the stay. I have lived in Austin the past 10 years and absolutely love it, though I recently moved into a 4 acre ranch with my husband and animals. I love spending time outdoors, going for hikes, and swimming in the natural springs with my two dogs. I have been a dog trainer in Austin for 8 years. I love all animals and have lots of experience with all different kinds. Outside of my passion for animals and being outdoors, I love to garden, I have free range chickens, mini horses, a mini donkey, and I am a beekeeper. I have grown up with dogs my entire life and am comfortable around all sizes and ages of dogs. I do not discriminate against any breeds. I have experience in training, boarding, medicating and special needs dogs, and walking/running. I can offer reinforcement of already know behaviors or desired behaviors if needed. If your dog enjoys the company of other dogs....my 11 year old lab mix, Chief, has grown up spending time with all types of dogs and gets along with everyone. She loves cats and hangs around chickens all day. She is also a great dog for puppies because she will correct neusance behaviors and can be a positive role model.
