Once again, Cassandra provided loving care for Maddox. She is a great communicator and such a kind person. Recommend her with no reservations and much enthusiasm.

Cassandra B. exceeded all my expectations. This was the first time I'd boarded Maddox anywhere and I was worried. Cassandra respected my concerns and answered my many questions. She also made herself available right away for a meet and greet. At that meeting, I saw her deep affection for dogs and her broad understanding of their care. Maddox just returned from a wonderful week at Cassandra's house. Along with receiving great care, he was treated with genuine love. Cassandra devoted a great deal of time to playing with him and cuddling with him. Each day, I received updates. She also sent photos and videos; all of them made it clear how much Maddox was enjoying his stay. I especially appreciated that Cassandra was upfront about the fact that he wasn't eating on his regular schedule one particular day and we worked through a solution together. I was especially touched by (and grateful for!) the way she comforted Maddox when he became agitated during a thunderstorm. Cassandra is a lovely young woman. She is thoughtful, warm, and takes her responsibilities as a dog sitter very seriously. I recommend her highly and so hope she is available if we ever need to board Maddox again.
