Pet care experience
I fell and herniated my L4/L5 lumbar disks. I am unable to keep any active dogs at this time because movement is painful. I also can't have dogs jumping on me. I have had to decline the majority of my requests because of this. I can handle small dogs or well-trained, calm medium sized but can't handle ones that jump, run off, or don't listen. My goal is to get well enough to be able to once again have my rambunctious friends.

Cara took excellent care of Raider. He has a knee injury, and she accommodated his special needs. We will definitely be using her again.
Cara did a great job with my puppies. She took them for walks, snuggled with them, played with them, and was super patient with my feisty Chihuahua/rat terrier mix, who is too much for most people. Highly recommended.
Cara is a huge animal lover. She cares for my pets as if they are her own. I never worry about how my pets are loved or cared for while gone. She sends pictures and updates throughout the day as well. Cara has been very flexible with dates she keeps my dogs as well.
Cara did a great job with my hound & made sure she got lots of exercise!!

Information Cara S. would like to know about your pet
Hope, our female German shepherd beagle mix, does not like other females initially. She has never bitten but has snapped when females have gotten too close. I will integrate her with any new dog slowly so there are no altercations. She likes to let other females know she is the alpha and is fine once that dominance is accepted. I need to know how your pup responds in these type of situations? Are they agreeable or dominant? I also need to know your pups language, how do they let you know they need to go potty or need something? My goal is to make this the best possible experience for your fur baby and I want to do everything in my power to make our time together rewarding and beneficial.
A typical day
My dogs are incredibly spoiled. We go for a daily ride to town for a donut. All I have to do is shake the keys and they know what's about to happen. They love to run around our yard and sniff everything. I walk the property with them daily and they have to check out everything. Your furpup would join us on these walks, as well as get brushed, lots of pets, snuggles, and treats.

Availability
I have always had pets in my life including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, chinchillas, and an iguana. I draw the line at snakes though. :)
