If we could leave a zero star, we would. My husband and I are completely flabbergasted with our interaction with this person. We made plans for a last minute trip and this was our first time using Rover. My husband picked Brynn out randomly. We paid Rover in-full prior to even meeting her. We set it up for a Sunday at 1 PM as my husband and I both work during the week. That time ultimately got pushed to 2:34 PM because she running later and later. We were very flexible and understanding even though we have a a toddler that needed to nap. She did not even apologize for her delay when she got here. She seemed to be very kind and interacted well with our animals. We asked her to drop in for 2 visits to feed the two cats and two dogs and let the dogs out one at a time. Easy. Granted our dogs are both less than 40 lbs. She claimed having experience with larger dogs. This was obviously not the case. After her first visit, while states away, my husband gets a message from Brynn saying that we need to find other arrangements for the next morning's visit. We were dumb-founded. How were we to make this happen? What if we had been out of the country? Brynn claimed the drive to our home was over 30 minutes in the rain. She had been there prior and knew where it was. She also claimed the visit was too stressful and chaotic and she would not be returning. My husband immediately tried to call her and she said he had to wait an hour because she was at another client's home. My husband was understandably livid when he called her. He mentioned being refunded seeing as the services weren't going to be rendered and she HUNG UP on him. This is just all so incredibly unacceptable and could have been avoided with upfront honesty that this was outside of her abilities. We also discussed at the meeting that she was to leave the key under our mat. She has kept the key and said she will be mailing it. I am only writing this in hopes that another family does not have to go through what we went through; unneeded stress due to an extremely incompetent person.

Brynn is the best! So dependable and caring of both my fur babies. Highly recommend!
