I have had cats for 8 years and dogs for 3 years. We take our 3 golden boys almost every where with us. We have dog sat for friends at our home watching one or two more dogs in addition to our three. We have a fenced in back yard. My pups are well cared for, crate trained, and house trained. We also have cats, they typically ignore the dogs. We are happy to care for any dog and cat friendly dogs who are crate trained and do well with fenced in areas and other pets. We do not have children. I currently work full time, as does my husband, our dogs are crated 7 hours a day for work but are out the remainder of the day. We are home on the weekends, most weekends, and weekends we are available would be home with your pet(s) as well. While at work, we would prefer a dog that is crate trained, just so our pups aren’t upset another dog is roaming, all crates would be near each other in our dining room near our sliding glass door so they can see each other and outside. They are fed at 6am and 4pm daily with an evening treat and are walked a few days a week. I have a fenced in yard. My dogs are crated while I am at work, and would prefer yours be crated while I am out as well, otherwise when I’m home, which is most of the time when I’m not at work, all the pups will be out and able to play and keep each other company. I have three male golden retrievers, Beau and Leo are very friendly, Leo can be timid but warms up; Arrow is “alpha” of the home, and we like to do a meet and greet first, but 9/10 he does well with other dogs. Our common friends we hang out with are a schnauzer, heeler, Boston terrier, yorkie, and black lab; we have been fine with some large breed dogs, but have been a little bit alpha with other large breed dogs, so we just recommend a meet and greet with him, but he is normally pleasant and playful.
