Pet care experience
I have been working with animals for over 19 years. I have a bachelors degree in Animal Science from the University of Arizona, and I have many years of experience working in vet clinics. I worked with animals of all shapes and sizes from dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, horses, goats and other farm animals. I have dog bathing experience and the tools necessary to do a general bath/blow dry/brush/nail trim. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I am available to spend plenty of time with your pets! I am available for boarding approved dogs and cats, and I have a separate space for cats to spend their time if they are too shy to be out and about with my pets. I have a fenced yard. I also have one small dog and two friendly cats. I have a spare room for animals that need their own space, and plenty of ways to cordon off areas of the house to separate anyone that might require it. Animals are fed separately for safety. I meet all of the animals that stay with me ahead of time to make sure there won’t be any personality conflicts. I insure all pets are properly vaccinated before they come to stay.

Brittani was great! I loved the fact that she requires a meet and greet to make sure she is a right fit for your pup, and a right fit for her. She was very knowledgeable about dogs which we appreciated since we are new puppy owners. Our pup was a new rescue so we were hesitant on leaving him for a whole day but he had a lot of fun. He passed out snoring within 10 minutes of hitting his bed. Thank you Brittani!

No hi was so excited when we pulled up for her second visit! She comes home sleepy and satisfied, and I can work stress free knowing she’s in great hands. :)
So sweet! Took amazing care of Mochi, who came home happy and sleepy. She had great advice too and I could tell she really cares for animals and has a great heart.

Information Brittani D. would like to know about your pet
I go over all of this during the meet and greet, but I need to know who your pets current vet is, as well as their vaccine status. I also need to know about any health issues, and food allergies. I like to know any past issues boarding or potential behavior issues I should watch for. I can handle pretty much and situation, as long as I am prepared for it ahead of time. Mostly though, I need to know their favorite treat!
A typical day
A typical day around here involves lots of playing and an otherwise relaxed environment. When the weather is nice the dogs have full run of the house and the yard to play to their hearts content, or come sit with me for some one on one. (Cats are strictly kept indoors). During the summer we take the dogs out to the pool yard in the evening for some exercise. They can swim if they want, or just play in the pool yard and chase the lizards. While I do live on a horse farm, I don’t allow any pets to interact with the horses or other farm animals we have here, .
