October 2022: Currently taking an extended break from sitting and drop ins. See you in a few months! I've been taking care of dogs since I was a teenager. I have lots of experience with energetic dogs, puppies, cats and even Great Danes! I'm kind and cheerful and will care for your fur babies just like they were my own. Your animals safety and happiness will be my number one priority. My own cats, Tacy and Ripley, were rescued from two local shelters (Long Beach and Fountain Valley) and earning their trust wasn’t easy but it’s been a very gratifying experience. Don’t worry, my cats stay at my house!

Brenna was great! She gave us regular updates about Nugget and Ollie while we were away, and we could tell Nugget and Ollie were comfortable with Brenna right away. We would definitely recommend Brenna and use her again!
Brenna is simply amazing! Our dogs were well cared for and loved for the time we were gone! Im not even sure our dogs missed us! It was such a relief to know they were in good hands! We came home to a very clean house too!

My goal is that you will come home and never even know I was there. I clean up after myself and avoid using unnecessary items so you don't come home to piles of laundry and more tasks to complete before you can relax at home with your pets again.

I have no breed preferences - I'm comfortable with the biggest of the big and the smallest of the small. I would like to know is if they are possessive of their food or toys so I know to give them the space they need. I would also like to request to take them for a walk before booking if walks are part of the stay.
A typical day
I follow your dog's lead! I pay careful attention to your dog to make sure they aren't too tired or overstimulated so I can plan the next activity and realize when it's a good time to rest. I am also happy to take your dog to the park if you are comfortable with that - I know it's not for everyone. But mostly, I'll play fetch, give cuddles, and tell them they are a good girl or boy in my most excited voice. :)
