Beatriz is truly the BEST!! She helped us so much with our first rover experience, especially since it was a last minute booking with her too! My dog, Leo, has separation anxiety and this was his first time away from home. He takes a while to trust and warm up to anyone, but she won him over so quick! I love how flexible she was with the drop off and pick up times, as well. I was so nervous leaving my fur baby for the first time with someone he didn't even know, but Beatriz was so awesome and quick in communicating with me the whole time. The daily pictures and updates were adorable and really helped give me peace of mind while away. I could not have asked for more for my first time boarding Leo! He seemed so happy throughout his stay! I can't say enough good things about Beatriz! Thank you so much, Beatriz, for taking such excellent care of Leo!! I would highly, highly recommend Beatriz for your pup!! I will definitely book again with her in the future!!
