My heart belongs to my animal friends! I have had dogs and cats in my care, and at times goats, sheep, horses, and chickens, all of my adult life. With the passing of my most beloved 16 yr old canine companion last year, I find myself with just two goofy chickens and some extra time on my hands. (My chickens are free range and super social, I can certainly keep dogs on a leash even in the yard, but do let me know if your dog has been known to be a chicken chaser so that I can be prepared). I know first hand just how important it is to have loving care for our pet friends when we need to be away. I am forever grateful for the folks that have cared for mine and I would like to offer my care to others. I have experience with puppies, extra active dogs, and senior dogs and cats with special needs and medications. Farm animals are right up my alley as well. And lets not forget our feline friends...I have been a cat person since about 4 years old. Reach out with any questions! I am available for drop in visits as well as overnights stays in your home. I will be also available to host your pups in my home in the near future, once through with some home improvement projects. I have many references outside of Rover as well.
