Pet care experience
I've had a dog for 15 years and have helped pet sit for other friends and family on and off within that time. I am comfortable walking, feeding, bathing, and participating in some training of almost any doggo out there!

Normally when caring for dogs, I take them out about every two hours for potty breaks when I am home and guarantee at least two short walks during the work day. Playing and enrichment activities are important to me so I will spend some time every day doing that with your pupper!

I like knowing any particular behaviors I should watch out for, like reactivity to other dogs or people, resource guarding, or attachment anxiety so I can best be prepared if a situation arises. I prefer dogs that are not to anxiously attached as I do not work from home.
A typical day
I love walking, running, and hiking and am happy to bring any doggo along with me. I find mental stimulation incredibly important and work to provide at least one enrichment activity every day as well as lots of play time. I'm always pumped to go a little out of my way to find a fun place to hike or a doggy park for the puppers I'm watching to play in!

Availability
I am transitioning from full time teaching to being a full time masters student! This being said, my days run like a typical 9-5 job. I am free before and after class to walk, feed, train, and play with your doggo!
