Loving, Responsible and Fun!

Pet care experience

I’ve cared for animals since I was 5. Since then I’ve had rabbits, budgies, all kinds of freshwater fish, dogs and even farm animals such as chickens and goats! Through my experience in caregiving for the elderly as well as caring for all sorts of animals (both farm and household pets), I’ve learned that while being professional is a good quality, animals need a lot of love and compassion as well as good care.

10 years of experience
Oral medication administration

Safety, trust & environment

I have a very big yard, which is good for for hiking. My tenant owns 30 acres of forest/field land which would be great for dogs to run free (depending on the dog and the comfort of the owner).

Information Audrey T. would like to know about your pet

Important information that I must know is the dog's medical needs, energy level, play level, things that would be helpful to do to make the dog as comfortable as possible as well as the level of comfortability the own and the dog has with other dogs, new people and places. All this information goes into the specific activities that I do with the dog and helps me give the best level of care that I can give to the owners furry friends!

A typical day

Normally, I start giving the dog a hearty greeting! A good greeting is a good start to a visit. Then I usually take the dog on a walk, depending on what they're physically able to do and take photos throughout the day to let the owner know how the dog is doing (as well as the fun places and activities that we do such as walking in the neighborhood, walking on a trail etc...). We then return home and play around with some toys and usually I like to squeeze sometime to snuggle and gift the pet all the love it needs before I finish the visit.
