Pet care experience
Our family is a dog-loving team! We live in a good-sized house on an acre of property en route to all things outdoorsy, if your pup loves the out-of-doors. From ponds, to rivers to mountain trails, we have it all within a few minutes of our home, and we like it that way! We are a family of 5 with a variety of pup-lovin’ styles, so whether you have an ears-scratchin’, a rump-rubbin’, or a belly-pattin’ pup, we’ve got you covered! Whether your dog likes long walks, long naps, or to “go long” to fetch, we are long on love and care for your pet. A good pet is like a member of the family and we understand that here, so you can relax knowing your dog will receive the highest level of care, love and attention (or space if that’s what he/she needs). No formal grooming is available, but we are happy to brush your dog, if you would like. My older daughter has taken courses and obtained online certifications in: Animal Training & Pet Sitting Pet First Aid & CPR Animal Psychology Animal Physical Therapy Thanks for your interest! Let us know how we can help. (Did I mention, we love animals?!)
Reviews
Audrey and her daughter were great, they took excellent care of my boy while my husband and I attended a wedding. We drove from R.I. to Maine and needed a sitter for our baby. Audrey messaged me half way through to let me know my boy was settling in okay. When I picked him up he was very happy and he even made sure to say goodbye to them so I knew they took good care of him. I highly recommend Audrey and her daughter for your pet sitter...?
Audrey exercises my lab perfectly and insured she fit right in well with her cats and dogs
Aubrey and her family took amazing care of Saba. While she was excited to see her parents after a long weekend, she was sure to give Aubrey's family lots of kisses on the way out! Communication was excellent throughout. We look forward to working with Aubrey on our next trip to Maine!
Aubrey and her family were kind and knowledgeable on our first meeting. Doc came home happy and was very excited to see them on a chance run in! We will be calling on them again for sure! Appreciated all the pictures and updates during the day!!!

The dogs at our house get lots of walks and fun! They get potty breaks as often as needed. They get fed twice a day, or more frequently if that is what they are used to. They will sleep either on a bed or out in the house, depending on what they think of the cats & rabbits. They can also sleep in their crate if that is what they are used to. We don't crate our dog, but if you provide a crate and that is what your dog is used to, we are happy to use it as needed.

Information Aubrey J. would like to know about your pet
We have no particular breed preferences. Temperament-based decisions. No dogs prone to violent actions or threatening behaviors, of course. Shy dogs are ok as we have plenty of space. Is your dog: Housebroken? Good around: Kids (Our youngest is currently 14, but still good to know!) Cats Other dogs Prey animals (such as rabbits) Can we drive with your dog to a recreational area, such as going to a hiking trail, dog park, etc. Any specific preferences or dietary issues or needs?
A typical day
Saco River, Sand Pond and other nearby recreational areas are high on our list of fun ways to spend an hour! We love to go on hikes and adventures. If your dog would prefer to stay home, there is always someone who is happy to stay with them. There are lots of walking trails right by our house, so we don't have to go far to have a fun adventure! They get to socialize & have fun with our dog Bella. Bella loves to play with puppers that like to play, and she is happy leaving dogs alone if that is what they prefer. She gets along with almost all dogs, even puppies! The cats just ignore the dogs. We also like to do positive reinforcment training with both Bella and the visiting dogs, so as long as it works for you, your pup just might come home with a new trick under their belt (or collar)!

Availability
There is almost always someone home. If no one is home your pup can either join us on the road or hang out at home. They wouldn't usually be left alone for very long. If your pupper isn't comfortable staying alone, we can find a solution so that they can stay with us!
