At drop off, I was initially struck with a filthy home. I had a gut feeling but had a work event. There were multiple dogs in the home and when I knocked, another woman came to the door but didn’t open it. I heard Ashley screaming at the woman and the dogs. It was incredibly uncomfortable & unprofessional. Ashley had about 4-6 dogs that I could see and she has gates up to restrict the dog’s movement. She didn’t allow entrance for me to see the property, another red flag. I didn’t feel good about leaving my pets with Ashley. I later requested photos of my pets and heard nothing from Ashley. I was overwhelmed with concern after not hearing from her and left the work event early out of concern for my pet’s wellbeing. Upon arrival, Ashley yelled at me for being early for pickup and when I told her why I was early, she responded that it wasn’t her problem. I found Ashley to be unpalatable on all levels and I wouldn’t have her watch my pets again nor do I trust her with their care. Terrible, classless customer service and an overall awful & stressful experience.
