Pet care experience
Since 2007 I have professionally worked as a dog sitter and now expanded to starting my own business in 2011 providing services such as dog walking, sitting, boarding and training. I take on any dogs, young or old, medical or social issues are not a problem. My main specialty has always been to "tire out" those working dog-high energy breeds/breed mixes such as huskies, pitbulls, Australian shepherds, border collies and German shepherds. From backpack training to hiking to obstacle training to summer time beach trips and even bike riding. If your dog has anxiety, extremely high energy, social issues with other dogs or people, or even aggression issues I am willing to take on the challenge and help your dog find balance and live a healthier, happier long life. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. About this sitter: 26 years old, highly experienced dogwalker, pet sitter and trainer for over 7 years. Why I love dog sitting I have been a long time dog lover ever since I was a child, growing up on movies such as "White Fang" always fed my passion to further understand and work with dogs. I have worked with close to 300 dogs professionally now over the span of 7 years. Even with the amount of experience I have had there is always a new challenge to overcome and I accept and take in any breed with any issue. No dog or dog owner should be turned away from boarding, walks, etc just because of social or medical issues. Aside from running my business I also volunteer for Hudson Valley Rottweiler Rescue and for Regina Massaro of SNIP, a well known advocate for junkyard dogs in the Queens and Brooklyn area. About my yard 1/4 acre fenced yard, which is mainly wooded, lots of shade and a large deck that the dogs like to sun bath on after jumping in the small pool. My experience administering medication Definitely more than happy to administer medication when needed.

Ashley was great with Harley. Thanks for taking great care of him!
My fiance and I were nervous about leaving our pittie Eevie for the first time over the weekend, especially because we had been dealing with some behavioral issues with her. However, Ashley was very willing to work with us and assured us that even if Eevie didn't get along with her dogs, she had the space to keep them separated. From our first meeting to during Eevie's stay with her, Ashley was communicative and replied promptly to all our questions and inquiries about how Eevie was doing and she kept us updated with videos and photos. Not only that, but she was very knowledgeable about training and taking care of dogs in general, which made us feel very at ease with leaving our baby. After her stay, she even recommended some remedies to improve Eevie's coat. Overall, I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a professional who clearly loves to work with dogs of any size and kind! I will definitely be working with Ashley again in the future, not only for boarding but also to help with Eevie's behavioral issues.
Ashley was amazing with my rottie Tommy. Ashley made me feel comfortable leaving my doggie son with her by meeting us first to make sure it was a good fit. She kept me updated the entire time by sending me videos and pictures of tommy and Zoey. I was not worried one bit and was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying about my dog. She spent a lot of time working with him and tommy came back to me with better etiquette on the leash!! She knows how to handle large breed dogs and if I ever need to go away again I know who to call, obviously that would be Ashley. I would definitely refer her to take care of anyone's dog if they are going away large, medium, or small breed. Hands down one of the best decisions I made with it comes to Tommy!! I'm very impressed and excited tommy and I can take nice walks without the pulling :-)
I have known Ashley for almost 2 years. She was the first person I met the first day I took Kailynn my Aussie to the dog park. She comforted my puppy after the other dogs were "bullying" the new kid on the block. Kailynn takes off running towards Ashley whenever she sees her and typically wants to go with her. I never have one worry when Kailynn is being cared for by Ashley because I know she will get the best training, the most attention, appropriate exercise for her breed and most of all LOVE!! Ashley loves all of the animals she cares for. She is the best pet sitter in Queens!!

Here's where we'll take our walks Blydenburg Park and multiple hiking trails around the area. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Most likely in my queen size bed, the couch or in a bed of their own or a crate if they feel more comfortable. Time I'll spend with your dog Recently I have moved to Suffolk County and have a house with a 1/3 acre fenced yard. The beach, bay, hiking trails and dog parks are all nearby and much more fun for the dogs to explore, socialize and exercise. All dogs that stay with me get to run free in the yard multiple times a day and go on beach and park trips. I am still running my socialization pack runs in bayside/whitestone queens monday through friday and can offer pick services for anyone needing boarding in the queens area and will bring your pet back to my home. Weekends I do not commute to Queens.
