I am an animal lover who lives in Almonte, ON. I am a young professional in the clinical research field, however, I have plenty of animal care experience under my belt. From 2013-2016, i worked at a local pet boarding kennel/resort. This position allowed me to gain experience with post surgery pets, elderly/special needs pets, and pets that require medication. Over the 3 years and counting of working at the boarding kennel, I became very comfortable with dogs and cats of all kinds, and enjoyed providing the best care as possible to each and every animal. When I moved to Kingston, ON temporarily to pursue my education, it wasn't long before I found another animal care job. I worked full-time for a professional pet sitting company for 4 months during the summer. During my time working with this company, I became extremely comfortable with pets of all kinds (even Guinea pigs!). During my time at this company, I did home visits (30-60 minutes) and dog walking. I was able to follow owner's instructions for the animals very diligently. At the peak of the summer season I was doing up to 10 hours worth of pet sitting/care per day. Besides being an animal lover, my other interests include: health and fitness, fashion and food (fun fact: I am a vegetarian). I look forward to meeting your pet!
