If you are looking for a loving, fun place to stay, or for someone to come visit your dog and give them lots of love, you have found it! My husband and I have had dogs all our lives, but are new to the dog sitting business. We currently have 3 dogs of our own at home, and have a big fenced yard. I am more than happy to come walk or run with your dog(s), or I’d love to have your dog come stay and come play with our pups! Any dogs we board will need to be good with other dogs (ours are young and like to play, but will leave another dog alone if they are not interested). Also must be good with children - We do have a toddler but she loves dogs as much as we do. Please note, although she loves dogs, we never leave her alone with any dog. One of our dogs is deaf so we also have experience with special needs dogs. My husband adopted Achilles, our "small" dog (25 lbs) in July 2015 from the Licking County Humane Society. Achilles had been pulled from a hoarding situation, along with dozens of other dogs. He appears much older than he really is because he is very laid back, but he definitely loves to play! I adopted Roman in January 2018 from Rescued Ohio; his momma was found in a ditch, where she had buried herself as she prepared to deliver her pups. Fortunately she was rescued and delivered 7 beautiful babies in a safe and loving home! Roman is a lab mix and loves everyone/everything. After we bought our home, we adopted Lexie in June 2016 from the German Shepherd Rescue of Cincinnati. She was born deaf and had been surrendered when she was 8 months old for being too hyper. She does love to play and run but calms down after a few minutes of meeting someone new. I do work full time, Monday through Friday, but there is a lot of flexibility in my schedule as well as my husband's. If boarded with us, most days they would go about 6-8 hours without a potty break. If your dog is okay with that, we would be the perfect fit!
