We had to make a last minute out of town trip and we contacted Apple to see if she'd be able to watch our fur baby on short notice. She was super quick with responses and was definitely affordable. I had a few issues with our sweet pups stay. We were told we would be updated regularly and be sent photos of her during her stay. We received just one photo and received only one update that was given only after I asked how our girl was doing the day after drop off. We left snacks for our pup during her stay and they weren't even touched and the entire time we felt very rushed both when dropping her off and picking her up. In all fairness I'm more than understanding when it comes to the weather and other things and we originally booked and had our pick up time scheduled for 6:30-7:30. It was discussed during our meet and greet that we would pick her up earlier around 5:30 so apple can leave on vacation. I messaged around 4 saying we would be there in around an hour and was told she needed to leave ASAP because of the snowstorm. We high tailed it over there and got there a little after 5 and waited outside the door for a good 10 minutes ringing the door bell trying to call her and message her through rover and finally her daughter brought her out. I get it things happen and some circumstances are unforseen I just didn't like feeling rushed and not having the best communication. She did step up for us and we are forever grateful for that. Other than that I felt our pup was safe and that's all that really matters
