Hi! I am an official dog mom of 1 year. Prior to that I have had multiple family dogs. I love walking my dog because it's exercise for him and me. I find that the physical stimulation creates a peaceful home environment. I have read that taking a dog for a walk, changing up the route each time can also mentally stimulate your dog. From my own experience I have noticed that my dog, Ollie, is happier when he's gone on a nice long walk. I work during the day from 8-5:30 in Norwood, MA. I like to go for walks either before work or after. However, I do have an hour lunch break and with enough notice I can use my break to go for walks.
