Pet care experience
Hi there, Angel & Phoenix here! Remember that weird kid in school that had a billion pets and was obsessed with animals? Welp, that was me! You name it, I had it. I have extensive experience with all around pet care but specialize in dog care and training, as well as house plant and homestead care including farm animals and gardening. My dog, Phoenix is a 5yo border collie mix who is extremely well behaved and friendly with other dogs. We love to go on adventures and she is available to utilize for social play if you'd like your pup to get some energy out at your home or at the park! I am here to make your baby as comfortable as possible so whatever they need, we can accommodate. CUSTOM CARE! WALKS: Can be more than an hour! I am happy to take dogs on hikes and to parks outside our neighborhood, or on longer day trips, and add on personalized training sessions, if requested. DROP INS: Think of this as more of an inside/backyard service compared to the walks. Drop Ins do not include walks aside from a quick potty break (<10min). Drop ins can include anything from playtime, feeding, training, medicine, plant care, etc. These can also go longer than an hour and will be charged on a case basis. HOUSE SITTING: Can include dog/cat care, walks, plant care, all other non-canine or feline pets, house duties like trash, etc. and anything included in the regular house routine. I include light cleaning to pick up after myself and will leave the home as I found it before. Each booking price is dependent on the demand of your pet/needs and charges may apply for additional duties. I am happy to add additional services like deep cleaning, grooming, homested/farm care at an additional cost. Homes must be relatively clean and livable. Pets that are not house trained or can not be left alone for 6hr will cost more due to the higher demand/needs. It is also preferable if I can bring my dog with me for stays longer than 2 nights but if not possible I just need a heads up to make accommodations for her.
Reviews
Angel was great with my high energy dog! She took him to the park multiple times a day and sent lots of photos and videos of my pup having a blast.
I had a fantastic experience with Angel! They went above and beyond to take care of my furry friend. Not only did they provide excellent care, but they also sent me numerous pictures to keep me updated throughout the stay. Their attention to detail and genuine love for dogs really shone through. I couldn't be happier with the service, and I would definitely give them a 5/5 rating. Mango can't wait for their next visit!
Great updates and feedback. Would use her again for sure!
Always can count on Angel to be super communicative and she genuinely enjoys spending time with our dogs! Such a bonus to have Phoenix to entertain and play with our boys. They’re always tired and happy after Angel and Phoenix come over! Thank you!

How do you care for pets in your home and/or your clients home? For overnight stays the first and last thing we do in the day is talk a walk along with feeding, playtime and lots of cuddles. There is always full and clean water and toys abound (only safe ones unsupervised). I incorporate trainng in my day to day interactions with all pups. Consistency is important especially coming from a new person.

Information Angel A. would like to know about your pet
What information is important to know about a dog ahead of time? If you're booking day care or boarding I like to know a dog's temperament, if they have any weird quirks or habits like resource guarding, rough play, showing teeth, stealing items, chewing, getting into trash, etc. It's also fun to know favorite treats, tricks, toys, to keep them happy and entertained. If we're just going for a walk i would like to know whether they walk well on leash and get along well with other dogs and if they're okay off leash at partially fenced in parks, or any other quirks you think I should know like reactivity to certain triggers (squirrels, cats, etc. ), leash pulling, leash biting, skiddishness to certain noises, etc. Every dog is on their own journey to success. Any information you can provide will help me make your pup's experience go as smoothly as possible! Meet and greets are highly encouraged prior to our first service together but only require about 5min prior to your service. :)

What fun activities will you do with the dogs you watch? Do you have special places you like to go on walks? We love to go to walk around the Irvington neighborhood and to dog parks or any green space to play fetch or play with other dogs. We are happy to take adventurous pups on any of the activities mentioned above (by request or if given a prior okay by mom/dad). We love to explore!
