I worked at a kennel for over a year and was tasked with taking care of up to 300 dogs with a small team of employees. We still took the time to give each individual dog as much love and affection we could in between changing beds, feeding, bathing, laundry, potty breaks, group play times, individual play times, and much more. I also learned how to sense dog aggression before a fight broke out. Including avoiding fights, I learned how to break one up safely for both me and the doggos involved. I've handled aggressive dogs, timid dogs, happy dogs, scared dogs, and anything from super duper trained to just learning. I've also had two female dogs who were not spayed, so I know how to handle a lady in heat. As with scheduling, I work in a hospital so my hours are odd, but I have loads of free time when I'm off! I don't work a traditional 9-5, I work 12 hour shifts 3 times a week. I am more than willing to let a doggo out after work if anyone needs quick relief.
