Pet care experience
I have been involved with all things equine, canine, and feline since I had my first pony at age 2! Our family raised Great Danes and Dobermans as I was growing up. And as an adult I have had a long love affair with Miniature Dachsunds. And I have rarely been without a cat reigning over the entire operation. Currently we have a gorgeous and brilliant Decker Rat Terrier named Ranger and a fun “teenager” we rescued called Bella who will play fetch until she drops. We have over 2 acres of fenced yard to play in & our dogs love to play!! But we also love ho snuggle up on the couch ! We are ready to love your animals like they are our own!

My sweet Chuck had a great time staying with Amy! He made himself right at home - I know because I received photos from Amy showing me how Chuck was doing while I was away!
Amy was great! She took my last minute boarding request, she was very responsive and accommodating, we were late coming back from our trip; she agreed to have us picking up our dog late at night, and would not accept to charge us for an extra night! We will definitively user her in the future.
She was amazing! She kept me updated through text and sent pictures.I definitely would recommend her and will request her as well the next time we need someone.
Amy and her family are wonderful. They treated my dog like he was their own. My dog is diabetic and requires injections twice daily and Amy took care of that with no problem. In the past when I had to board my dog he would be so anxious and it would take several days for him to recover when he returned home, but staying with Amy he came home as his usual self. I highly recommend Amy!

A typical day
Usually the dogs sleep in our room. They seem most comfortable that way. We have a big yard so we’ll start the day with breakfast & then lots of play time outside. One of my dogs plays fetch & they both love to run!!!

I work part time as a horse trainer & riding instructor. I’m home most days by 1pm. My husband works from home & is also great with all our pet friends!
