Before the visits, we would like to know any information you feel is necessary to keep your pet (and us) safe and happy. First, we'll need to know how to get into your house. It's helpful to know if your pets are typically friendly or hesitant around newcomers. What are they like around other pets? This is helpful to know if we're walking and other pets are out for their walk, too. Are there places we should avoid on the walk, and are there other things we need to know about how walks typically go for your pet? We'd also like to know where you keep the food, leash, favorite toys, brushes, and if needed, cleaning supplies.

When we stop by for a check in, the first goal is to buddy up with your pet so they know that we're safe. We then check food and water levels, and do a quick scan for any unwanted presents that we might need to clean up. Depending on your preference, the rest of the time is spent walking and/or playing. If your pet likes to be brushed, we love to do that too. We always provide a couple treats before we leave, unless you prefer otherwise. We will always send you a photo before we go.
