Pet care experience
I have many years of experience in owning dogs, dog walking and boarding different breeds. I adore all dogs, however young or old. Our last dog lived to over 17 years so I fully appreciate how to care for a slower hound with lots of special requirements. We have a three month old puppy who loves meeting all dogs and I am enjoying the training process and seeing how eager they are to learn when so young. A dog is a member of the family so I will treat your dog just as I would my own. I drive so I can collect and drop off your dog safely. I live next to Gladstone Park and am happy to walk in Roundwood and Queens Park. I am fully insured.

I have no hesitation in recommending Amanda. She takes great care of my dog, Sam, and even sent us pictures when we were away on holiday to reassure us that he had settled in. A real bonus is that she will collect and drop off Sam when required. She has a garden for the dogs to investigate, an area where they can sunbathe and she is close to a great park for walking, Gladstone.
We’d had a real struggle finding someone we felt we could trust with our dog Sunny, but in Amanda we’ve found the perfect dog walker! She is so warm and friendly, we just know that she will be treating Sunny exactly as we would at home! And Sunny loves her! Amanda sends us such great updates if we have to leave Sunny overnight (check out her Instagram!) and it has been excellent for Sunny’s socialisation to spend time with her “holiday family”! We would completely recommend Amanda to anyone, it’s all wagging tails from us!

I would like to know your dogs temperament, if they are nervous of anything and how they get on with other dogs. How long a walk they would require and if they have been neutured. I prefer small to medium size dogs and I do not mind what age as I am happy to help train your puppy.
A typical day
I live next to Gladstone Park which has wonderful areas for dogs to run off the lead. We also have a fully enclosed garden with lots of shade in the summer. I have plenty of balls, toys, and kong's to play with but most importantly are cuddles with your dog, so they feel at home and look forward to seeing me.
