Pet care experience
I am a cat mom of 3, a dog lover, and have worked in animal care professionally. I have been pet sitting off and on for ten years and am highly attuned to the needs of pets and their owners. I know that leaving our pets can be stressful and anxiety-inducing for our fur babies and for humans, and I am committed to making it as smooth and positive as possible.

It's never easy leaving our dogs behind especially with someone new and with a young Vizsla who is very active to say the least! BUT when it all works out and even far EXCEEDS your expections- that is pure gold! Allison communicated with us every day with photos of our dogs and a brief report which was very reassuring for us! Allison also took great care of our fish tank and fed our fish everyday. The house was left in better order on our return than when we left and that's a lot considering it's muddy March with 2 dogs! We would HIGHLY recommend Allison as a pet and house sitter!
Allison took great care of my older pup for a week. She was easy to communicate with, and send me sweet pics of my pup. She took great care of her and all her medicine needs. Additionally, she stayed in my home and left it tidy and I would not have known she was here. My pup was relaxed and happy upon my return.
Allison was a great caregiver for our cat while we were away. She dutifully gave us a daily report on our pet's activities which provided much relief and confidence in the service!
Alli is a wonderful pet caretaker! They are caring, communicative, and always reliable, and my cats love them. I highly recommend Alli to anyone who needs care for their pets!

My first priority is your pet's safety, comfort, and making sure that their needs are met, so that you can rest easy and enjoy your time away. I prioritize communication and will always ask if I am unsure or if something seems out of the ordinary, as well as sending updates and pictures of your pet. I am happy to care for pets with special needs or routines, with clear instructions from the owner. Though I prefer to meet you and your pet ahead of time so we can get acquainted, I understand that this is not always possible, please reach out either way!

A typical day
Depending on your pet's needs we can go on walks, play outside or inside, do training sessions if given owner instruction, and more. My goal is to replicate your pet's normal routine as much as possible while you are away, and to have some fun as well!

Availability
I am a remote grad student and thus am extremely flexible and can accommodate most schedules and needs, even early mornings or late nights. I am also happy to receive last minute and urgent requests and will do my best to accommodate, though I am away some weekends. Let me know what you and your pets need!
