I am 25 years old and recently decided to go back to school to finish my bachelor's in architecture degree. My main source of income for the past 6 years has been in sales and sales training, but with my school schedule I am unable to travel much for work since I am finding myself home very often to work on studio projects. So I decided to join Rover since I have always felt a calling to care for animals and also have a goal to one day open a senior dog sanctuary in South FL to help owners care for their older pets. 🐾 Growing up I have looked after many family and friends pets, whether it be in my own home or in theirs. I have ample experience with older dogs, especially since the only two dogs I've had of my own I adopted at an older age. ✨ If you decide to open your doors to me, I am open to 24h care for any pets who need it. I value respect highly, and will treat your fur babies and home the way I would want mine to be treated.

Aline was awesome! She handled our dogs great while we were out of town and kept us updated on everything including pictures. Will definitely hire her again as she really helped to ease our anxiety about leaving our babies at home. Would recommend her to anyone! 10 star service!

When house sitting I am very careful about not sharing private information about where I am staying and in general taking precautions to avoid the animals from getting themselves into any trouble. General rule of thumb is to avoid other animals and people on walks even if they're friendly.
Information Aline L. would like to know about your pet
Main things I would want to know before caring for them are if they have any anxiety tendencies, what their food schedule is and eating habits, if they have any sensitivities, and if they need any medications. Sometimes rescue pets with trauma or anxiety will have specific triggers, so if you're aware of any please let me know! I have all the patience in the world to work with them but I will always stay on the side of caution as their safety and mine is a priority.
A typical day
Going with their schedule, I typically do a session of outside time after every meal either walking or just play time to get their energy out. If I'm ever working on my computer for a while I enjoy playing stimulating dog videos if they are high energy.

🗓️ My summer schedule consists of two in person classes in fort Lauderdale (one meets Mondays 9:30-12:30 and the other on Wednesdays at the same time). I do my best to keep the Rover calendar up to date so please cross check there before reaching out!
