Hi! I have loved and cared for animals, big and small, for more than 10 years. Friends and family often refer to me as the animal whisper due to my instant connection with dogs and kitties that I pass by on the street or meet on the elevator of my building and at the vet’s office. I am a mom to my own 3-year-old furry baby, Henry. I rescued Henry when he was 4-months old at a local shelter. He was malnourished, scared of humans, and sick with a fever, but I quickly turned him into an active, well-adjusted lap-cat with the proper love and support. I am also a proud aunt to Zoey, a black-and-white chihuahua rat terrier mix. She is a fun-loving girl with boundless energy. Back at home, I regularly take Zoey for walks down Michigan Avenue until she tires out and play tug-a-war with her favorite pink monkey toy. I would be honored to take care of your pet to the same degree I do with Henry and Zoey. I live in a luxury 1.5-bedroom apartment in the heart of Tribeca with plenty of dog parks, such as the Tribeca Dog Park in Hudson River Park and the Leroy Street Dog Run. I work from home as a freelance writer, which leaves me with plenty of time to walk, feed, bathe, brush, and give your pet a whole lot of cuddles while you’re away. You can rest assured that your dog or cat is in good hands with daily pictures and videos of our adventures at home and in the city together!
