Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my entire life, currently owning 3. I have also had a couple of cats miscellaneous animals including my hermit crabs. I have also worked at dog daycares, vet hospitals, and animal farms. I am pet CPR and first aid certified and have spent years working alongside vets. I am a huge animal lover and would be happy to love your pets while you aren't able to! I currently do this full time so I have lots of time to play with your fur babies! I can do any day of the week with multiple times to stop by including early mornings and late evenings. I currently am not offering pet stays at my own home due to having 3 dogs of my own and not wanting any of the fur babies to feel any sort of stress with so many new friends in a new place.

We are so happy to have found Alexis! She has been our walker/sitter for over a year now. We have a cat, rabbit, and a senior dog. Each animal has different needs and Alexis has no problem handling them. On more than one occasion she’s alerted us to an issue with our dog that needed attention. We work long shifts, that occasionally get extended and she has always been flexible. She is so reliable and trustworthy, we never have to worry about our animals when they’re in her care.
Alexis is awesome! My partner and I were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that she was taking such great care of our kitties. She really cares about animals, and we felt so safe leaving our babies with her, which is something I'm usually a nervous wreck about! Alexis sent frequent updates, and I'm pretty sure she left our home cleaner than we did! I can't recommend her enough.
We've used Alexis multiple times to watch our cats while we're out of town. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that our pets - and our house, too! - are safe and taken care of!

I always like to ask about any allergies, medications, and possible reactivity. This is always very important to me so I know how to keep the pups happy and healthy. I also love to know what their favorite snacks, toys, and activities are to make sure we have as much fun as possible!
A typical day
I love getting the dogs out for a good walk to sniff around and play. I think it's also very important to keep to what the dogs like to do such as playing fetch, playing chase, or spending some time snuggling up withe the dogs! Whatever they love to do usually helps to keep them happy and relaxed during their mom and dad's time away!

I am able to spend plenty of time with you babies as I do pet care full time so most of my day can be spent snuggling or playing!
