Hi, my name is Adam. I have been living in Minneapolis for just over two years now relocating from London (UK), and live with my minnesotan wife in Eden Prairie. I had a dog back in London which was a Kings Charles Cavalier which we had for 10 special years, and enjoyed all the responsibilities which came with having a dog. Since moving to Minneapolis me and my wife rescued a 2 week old Lab/German Shepherd mix called Dacre (who we named after the pub me and my wife lived above whilst we were living in London together, called The Dacre Arms) who turns 1 this February. I am lucky enough to work from home full time Mon-Thursday and live walking distance from wooded trails to keep my dog entertained and happy. I live close to a dog park too but am unable to travel there during working business hours. The other benefit I find is having a large back yard which is fenced and secure. During the winter this certainly comes in handy to have, but the Spring and Summer months is where he gets most joy, as he loves being outside. By opening my door up to other dogs this is a great way for Dacre to make new friends, and I am a strong believer that 2 dogs have more fun than one. Rest assured Dacre is a lover of all dogs, big & small, and will certainly enjoy sharing his home/yard and walk time should he have company.
