Pet care experience
Dogs have always been a big part of my life. I can’t imagine life without them! I have experience caring for dogs, cats and horses. I have 2 very friendly Labradors and we regularly take in dogs for day care and over night/holiday care. I have extensive puppy experience and have raised a few litters. I also have experience with elderly dogs. I have a current Pet First Aid certificate and I am confident administering medication. I live with my husband and 3 sons aged 16, 14 and 12. The boys are sensible around dogs and love having visitors to stay.

Jess had the best time with Abi whilst we were away on holiday. We were kept up to date with regular photos and videos and it was clear that she was having great fun out on the regular walks that Abi took her on. I can highly recommend Abi as a very caring and competent dog sitter.
Abigail is fantastic! It was our first time leaving our dog, Seb, for a long time and family were unable to look after him. Abigail managed to squeeze us in for a meet and greet at short notice and looked after our boy for nearly two weeks. Whilst we were away, she sent daily pictures and video updates and I could see how happy and content Seb was whilst in her care. She replicated our routine at home to ensure Seb was happy and settled well - our dog has itchy skin and she gave him a bath also to ensure he was as comfortable as possible! When we collected Seb, he was actually quite sad to leave - he cried when we got in the car! We have been absolutely delighted with Abigail and her family and we are already looking forward to booking another holiday so Seb can have his own little holiday with Abigail also!
Cooper had the best day with Abigail for his first visit. The updates and the care Cooper received was absolutely amazing. Cooper came home absolutely exhausted but one very happy puppy. I would definitely recommend and will most certainly use again 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Another successful stay with Abi. Milo couldn’t wait to get out of the car when we pulled up to the house - that’s the biggest compliment as he clearly loves being there. Comes home exhausted. 😀

It’s good to know your dogs daily routine including usual feed and walk times. What is he/she like around other dogs, cats and humans? Are there any medical conditions I need to be aware of? Does your dog have any quirks I need to know about?
A typical day
We love going for long walks. We are lucky to have some really lovely walks within walking distance of our house. We play lots of metal stimulation games. I also have a doggy paddling pool that I set up during the summer months.

I work within the animal industry and I work from home. So your dog will only be left if I need to pop out. I enjoying going for 2 long walks per day. We have some lovely walks across fields and footpaths. I tend to walk the dogs first thing in the morning and then again mid to late afternoon.
