Honestly, our dog is anxious around new people, but you wouldn't know it with how well she took to Laurie and Mike during our meet and greet. I was very impressed with the whole experience. Laurie responded very quickly to my questions, sent us photos of the stay, and was more than willing to let us adjust our drop off/pick up times.
