“Dylan and his wife were very accommodating. After returning from my trip, I was held up at the airport which pushed my pickup time back a couple of hours. They were so sweet to not make an issue of it and had my pups ready to go once I arrived. Dylan communicates wonderfully (better than I do, lol). I'm very appreciative!”
