I unsubscribed from text notifications awhile ago, because they're annoying as heck, but apparently I have to have them enabled in order to complete the new on-demand dog walking certification. Support told me to text "START" to +1 206 800 6593, which I did (twice) to no apparent effect. I checked my account settings online, and confirmed that text notifications are enabled. I'm at a loss. The only thing I can think of is that the number I was given is wrong, so -- is this the number you receive text alerts from? Or does anyone else have any other suggestions? |
