The problem is once he clicked on the link to get the code they had him sign up and make a profile, he was then supposed to receive a code. He cannot find this code. | asked a question | How to find Promo code? I have a new client that just signed up for Rover, he got a new user 20$ off promo code from his daughter. He said he signed up through it and started his profile with the code, but is unable to find the code. I had him look on his Dashboard but he cannot find it. I have never encountered someone using a promo code. Where do I tell the owners to look for it? I contacted Rover, but have not heard back yet. |
