I didn't follow that last response. What is dogs 75#? I have one 60 lb dog. Not sure if this would work for two. I jerry-rigged something and I make no claims to its safety but it's on the cheap. It keeps the dog from jumping into the front seats but allows him to move around in the back. It includes an inexpensive harness that's meant for a seat belt to loop through a strap on the back. Then I put together a short length of vinyl-coated wire rope with clips on each end (Home Depot or Lowes for parts). I attach one clip to the ring on the back of his harness and the other to a baby seat anchor behind the rear-seat headrest. Again, it's probably not that safe and I'm sure others out there who have better set-ups than mine.
