asked a question | What to do about a dog guest who damages property? How do you speak to the dog's owner about property damaged during a stay? I'm unsure how to bring it up. I separate dogs during feedings and during this time one decided to destroy a room with wall to wall carpeting. He didn't just pull it up, he tore it to shreds. I understand Rover isn't responsible to hosts personal damages so do I say something to the dog's owner? Anyone else ever have this problem? |

asked a question | How to charge for overtime, stays lasting over 24 hours but less then 48? Some one wanted to book a stay for a day. He would have his dog dropped off at 5 am and picked up the following day at 11 pm. Rover said it was a one day stay at a one day price. In reality it's almost 2 days. How do you charge for over time stays by Rover? |

asked a question | Can someone without a dog, just a cat sign up for Rover? A friend needs Cat Boarding. I suggested signing up to Rover but she said they only asked about dogs. Can she use Rover for a cat rather then a dog? I know there are people who do board cats on Rover. |
