| answered a question | I merged my dog vacay account and now I'm listed twice, help? I ended up calling and they merged the two accounts using my specific instructions on moving only the reviews over from DV and keeping everything else the same as my original Rover profile. It took about a week but everything looks good to me. Thanks everyone for your input. |

| asked a question | I merged my dog vacay account and now I'm listed twice, help? When I clicked to merge my account, it's now showing me listed twice which can seem deceitful if you're a guest looking for a host. I don't want to lose my DV reviews by just deleting that account. I have more reviews on Rover. I reached out to Rover to find out what to do but it says they're currently experiencing a high volume of queries so I'm trying here first. I imagine there's a lot of hosts that were on both sites (among others), did I miss something when merging? What did you do? |
