I'm looking for a standard form to use that captures all pertinent information about the pet: (where leashes, bags are kept, fill water bowl to the top, where treats are, unique things about the pet, ie, don't touch their feet, favorite toy), etc. Also a form to capture info about the owners: cell phone #, alarm code, water plants, etc. I'm getting ready to meet and greet my first client and want to be prepared if they hire me :) Diane |
