commented answer Why can I upload a video, recorded "off the Rover platform", from my Android phone, but not from my desktop?

!) Time has nothing to do with it. Smartphone videos are invalid, regardless of length. 2) I am not looking for workarounds I am looking for answers to my question I will call.....

And yet you can add photos and video from the smart phone. Although now, the camera function (in the app) does not allow the picture (taken in the app) to be added to a text. This software is 2 steps forward 1-2 steps back. I request someone explain this software development protocol.

This is not an answer. It is another sitter complaining about the same failure.

If I record a video using the camera on my phone, I can then go onto Rover and upload that video. If I try to upload a video from my Win 10 desktop, it is invalid.

answered a question one of my clients made a typo in his review and it won't let him fix it?

There is no technical reason why a properly logged-in customer should not be allowed to edit what they wrote, good or bad. It would need to be strictly controlled by log in/password, otherwise someone might try to "fix" a bad review. I wish you luck ...

commented question Why can't the calender hold more information than available/not available. Why can't it have a "Rover sitter layer" with client info/dog name, keep track of when a "meet and greet" is scheduled?

BTW- Rover chat has been less than helpful about this...

Why can't the calendar be more flexible/useful?

commented answer Why does a dog excesively groveling until being bit?

Won't that just encourage that behavior? Pester someone- get a treat

asked a question Why does a dog excesively groveling until being bit?

I have a 14 month old, neutered male, lots of adolesent/puppie energy, but will often pester, what I observe as "excessive groveling", licking the other dogs face and lips, until, invariably, the dog growls/ snaps at him, or as in 2 cases, he is savaged to the tune of several hundred, bloody dollars. He does this behavior with all types of dogs, young/old, male/female. Dogs will try to discourage, or get away from him, that is usually ineffective, unless there are other to engage with. He will cower to a growl, or a snap, but will continue the same behavior until the dog is pushed into more a aggressive correction, or I step in. I have seen a 7 month old puppy scold him, and he cowers, but continues his "insistent groveling"
