commented answer | Does Rover have a way to get someone to cover for you? Thank you for the answer! I am a member of that Facebook group, but as far as I can tell, there are no users on it that live anywhere near me. |
asked a question | Does Rover have a way to get someone to cover for you? Is it fine to send messages to sitters nearby to ask if they can cover? |

asked a question | What should you do if you get really sick and can't come to sit? What's the protocol for that? Or what if you got hit by a car, or otherwise ended up in the hospital? I recently sat for a couple of dogs for a week, while their owner was out of the country. I got sick, but I came to work anyway, because the dogs needed me. But what if I was incapable of coming to see them? I don't know anyone who could have covered for me on such short notice. |

asked a question | How do you give a first time client your discount code? I will sometimes get first time clients through Rover, but neither of us understands how to use the $20 off discount code. If I try to send the code in a message, it comes up as "...." What's the solution to this? Is there something we're missing? |
